Job Description:
Lead the development and execution of personalized communication strategies to enhance member engagement and retention
Oversee the implementation of CRM systems, digital channels, and marketing automation to optimize customer experience and satisfaction
Analyse customer behaviour, segmentations, and data insights to inform the creation of targeted marketing campaigns
Drive member retention initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging across all touchpoints
Optimize revenue streams through strategic engagement and monetization of the customer base
Report on performance metrics, recommending improvements to continuously refine strategies and enhance business outcomes

Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, and CRM, focusing on customer engagement and retention
Strong technical expertise with CRM platforms
Proven ability to analyse customer data and create actionable insights that lead to impactful campaigns
Experience in content marketing, email marketing design, and customer journey mapping
Strong leadership capabilities with 2+ years in a senior role, managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to success
Experience with Martech vital
