Responsibilities
- Customer Success Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with our growth and retention objectives.

- Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and robust product adoption, while proactively engaging customers to drive high levels of product usage and satisfaction.
Revenue Growth through Customer Expansion:
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer spend and collaborate with the sales team to drive conversion of identified opportunities.
