We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Head of Customer Success, responsible for spearheading customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Success Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with our growth and retention objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and empower the customer success team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and robust product adoption, while proactively engaging customers to drive high levels of product usage and satisfaction.

Revenue Growth through Customer Expansion:

  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer spend and collaborate with the sales team to drive conversion of identified opportunities.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage customer data and analytics to inform customer success strategies and measure key success metrics.
