About the Job
We're looking for a Key Account Development Specialist who can help us deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers. As a specialist, you will be focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, cross-functional teams collaborate to achieve success. You will have around 10,000 sales people across the world within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.

The overall objective is to develop and implement the sales strategy per customer in alignment with Reckitt Benckiser's strategic objectives. The role requires close cross-functional interaction with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and IS.
