About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing business relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and attend appointments with customers and sub-distributors to discuss product demonstrations and sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and expanding into new markets.
  • Demonstrate products to clinical personnel and provide training on product features and benefits.
  • Network and develop relationships with new customers and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Request and follow up on quotations and process sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Assist with general administration tasks associated with the position.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Responsible for marketing activities including workshops and conferences as needed.
  • Achieve and manage sales budgeting per territory for the SBU.
  • Implement tactical and strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct daily calls to customers and new prospects to promote products and services.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report on competitor products and market trends.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (NSC) is a minimum requirement.
  • A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage.
  • Project management and sales experience is an advantage.
  • Qualified Paramedic is a must for this role (alternatively, extensive experience with EMS).
  • Previous Key Account Management experience is required.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word, is required.

What We Offer

Salary: R60,000 - R65,000 per month (CTC)

Includes: Travel Allowance, Pension, Medical Aid. In addition, we supply a laptop, iPad, Fuel Card, and reimburse Cell Phone and Data expenses.
