About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a **Business Development Manager**. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing a team in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand the customer base by 20+ per month and recruit 3 new Customer Sales Consultants in the next quarter.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by developing and maintaining an up-to-date planning system for customer data.
  • Prospect and convert 10 potential clients per month, utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your sales team to meet and exceed goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage sales growth, profit margins, and customer balance for your team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Implement and drive the company's multichannel strategy, staying ahead of the competition and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong sales orientation and goal-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strategic thinking skills and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records, with a strong commitment to integrity and ethics.
