  • Assess and Mitigate Risks: Assess principal risks of the company and ensure they are monitored, mitigated, and managed.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with employees, customers, stakeholders, and the public to provide transparency and insight into the company's implementation of policies and its current and future status.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate Qualification: Post graduate qualification in business management, economics, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience as a Chief Executive Officer or a Leader operating in a strategic position.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, including knowledge of business strategy, finance, marketing, and human resources.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation, and report writing.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
