About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, recruiting new sales consultants, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand the customer base by 20+ per month and recruit 3 new Customer Sales Consultants in the next quarter.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date planning system for customer data to inform sales decisions.
  • Prospect and convert 10 potential clients per month through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage sales growth, profit margins, and customer balance for your team.
  • Implement and drive the company's multichannel strategy to reach new customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Strong sales orientation and goal-driven mindset to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strategic thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records to ensure a secure and reliable team member.
