Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote the growth of our company's product portfolio and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target.
  • Present and demonstrate our company's product range and associated benefits to customers and dealers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and associated product supply milestones.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Land Surveying (Geomatics) or Engineering Survey.
  • 5 years of commercial experience in Land Surveying, Mapping, and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
  • Proven industry experience in selling products and services to end users or applied knowledge of implementing solutions in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of surveying equipment and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
  • Adherence to our parent company values.
