Key Account Growth Specialist

At Oxyon People Solutions, we're seeking a highly motivated Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and growth to drive business expansion in allocated areas.
Job Description- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly revenue targets set by the Head of Sales or Regional Director, ensuring continuous growth in sales and market share.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities, research industries, and clients to ensure sustained sales growth within designated areas.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and adhering to Company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present Company solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements- Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of R1 200 000 - R1 800 000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
