Support Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Support Office Coordinator to join our team at The Legends Agency. This diverse role will require you to be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring that daily functions run smoothly while taking on various responsibilities.
Responsibilities:- Referencing Checks: Conduct rigorous referencing checks to guarantee top-notch applicants. This involves collecting references from landlords, employers, banks, running credit checks, verifying ID and address, and occasionally providing updates to landlords.
- Tenancy Coordination: Draft tenancy agreements, coordinate payments, and prepare properties for occupation. This includes addressing maintenance issues, cleaning, booking inventories, right-to-rent checks, supporting compliance checks, and managing deposit registration.
- Office and Team Support: Update databases, release keys to contractors, manage the key log, greet clients, handle phone calls and correspondence, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies, maintain a tidy workspace, complete filing, and refresh window displays regularly.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns, including letter drops, online marketing, giveaways, and attending networking events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and solid proficiency in office software.
- Strong verbal communication skills, excellent written communication and numeracy.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
