  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the Mining industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and B-BBEE compliance requirements, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence and drive change.
