Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Stonebridge HR Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our company to success.

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving strategic planning and implementation, ensuring the company achieves its short and long-term objectives. The incumbent will lead a team of professionals, build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders, and ensure the company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's strategy, allocate capital, and oversee the executive team.
  • Ensure the successful running of operations, legislative compliance, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Lead the development of the company's strategy and oversee the implementation of long and short-term plans.
  • Compile and manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring expenditure is within authorized limits.
  • Assess principal risks and ensure they are monitored, mitigated, and managed.
  • Ensure effective internal controls and Management Information systems are in place.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, passengers, the public, elected officials, the press, and all other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in transport management, planning, economics, engineering, business management, or equivalent.
  • MBA/MBL is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Chief Executive Officer or a Leader operating in a strategic position.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant transport-related policies, legislations, and regulations.
  • Experience in the transportation/transit industry.
  • Experience in managing Senior Managers in diverse business functions.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Computer literacy in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
