Strategic Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Account Manager to join our team at Dawning Truth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the South African Banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the Banking sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide strategic and thought leadership presentations to key stakeholders
- Qualify and progress sales opportunities to close
- Manage account politics and customer service issues
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, with a minimum of 2 years in Software Solution sales
- 2+ years of Account Management experience in the Banking sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
