Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Strategic Sales Development Manager to drive growth, foster long-term partnerships, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Key Client Connections: Develop strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their primary contact and main point of communication.
- Cultivate Long-term Partnerships: Nurture lasting connections with clients, building trust and rapport that extends beyond transactions.
- Execute Strategic Plans: Develop and implement well-thought-out account plans to boost sales while focusing on retaining existing customers, showcasing your ability to balance expansion with customer loyalty.
- Seal the Deal: Negotiate and close deals with finesse, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, staying one step ahead in the industry.
- Drive Sales and Retention: Proactively drive sales growth, maintaining strong client retention and loyalty.
This role offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. Experience in bridging finance and working with conveyancing attorneys is an advantage, as well as strong networking skills to build valuable connections within the industry.
