Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Headhunters. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring that all sales activities are well-organized and efficiently executed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales records, reports, and sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating sales events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales team members, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager or other senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • MATRIC qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in administrative / stock control roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
