Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Cre8work. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving consistent sales growth and achieving targets through effective customer retention, acquisition, and product promotion.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with 2+ years of experience in sales. You will be responsible for identifying and opening new business opportunities, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additionally, you will provide product recommendations and solutions based on industry trends, resolve customer queries, and escalate when necessary. Reporting sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions through internal systems is also an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the existing account base.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline by continually prospecting and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers to meet their needs and drive sales growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions through internal systems to inform sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Tyre industry experience (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large enterprises and OEM industries.
