**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fast and efficient processing of customer orders, while maintaining the highest standards of appearance and behavior.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that stock levels are always maintained, meeting customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Provide advice and alternatives to customers, listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Accurately and timeously manage customer queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the delivery of customer goods, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee sales and administrative functions, performing general administrative duties as required.
  • Take telephonic orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Quote and purchase non-stock items in accordance with official company buying policy.
  • Meet agreed delivery times, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers at all times, including loading of customer goods when required.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the building/construction environment.

**Salary:**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
