Job Title: Client Success Operations Manager

A global provider of workplace solutions is seeking a skilled Client Success Operations Manager to join their team in the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver day-to-day operational service delivery in line with client SLAs and Pricing Schedules.
  • Verify payroll reports for accuracy and approval.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for assignees and obtain client approval.
  • Distribute payslips weekly/monthly to assignees.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and corporate governance.
  • Ensure accurate job requisitions from clients and timely payroll data processing.
  • Brief assignees on transport arrangements and ensure they are equipped with necessary documentation.
  • Staff shifts according to client requirements and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
  • Develop awareness of client future business needs and identify potential opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice delivery to clients and follow up on payments.
  • Monitor expenditure and adhere to Pricing Schedule parameters.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • 1-3 years' experience in HR generalist and administration roles.
