Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fastening industry and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with factory clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within the fastening industry.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research and networking.
Presentation of products and provision of technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiation of quotes and closure of sales deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
Achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Experience in sales within the fastening or manufacturing industry.
Strong relationships with factories and manufacturers.
Excellent knowledge of fasteners and tools.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to client sites.
