At Netstar Group, we are seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in East London, Eastern Cape.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive sales growth and business development in the insurance channel.
Key Responsibilities- Cold Calling and Marketing: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to promote Netstar tracking applications and solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong partnerships with insurers, insurance brokers, underwriting managers, and administrators to generate sales and increase fitments.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate reports on market movement, sales opportunities, and penetration to inform business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A diploma in sales (advantageous)
- 2-4 years of direct sales experience
- Strong Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- High Level of Integrity: Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct.
