At Fidelity Services Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Requisitions Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing Non-Stock Supplier Requisitions, ensuring accurate cost allocations to General Ledger Accounts, and facilitating timely National Account uploads.

About the Role

This position reports directly to the Financial Accountant within the Securedrive Inland Finance Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing requisitions on SAP, verifying that GL accounts and cost centre allocations are correct
  • Ensuring SLAs are adhered to and following up on goods receipting for framework orders and other requisitions in a timely manner
  • Daily communication with branch managers/Administrators to close out open POs on the monthly report
  • Responsible for ensuring NKA account splits are accurate and communicating with relevant staff and suppliers regarding requisitions and open POs

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work professionally with personnel at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also essential.

In addition to these key qualifications, a finance background will be advantageous. We offer a competitive salary range of R220,000 - R280,000 per annum, depending on experience.
