Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Commercial Parts division.
About the RoleThis role involves selling and promoting our products effectively to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- To expedite orders efficiently and handle queries, quotations, and sales orders via email and phone.
- To manage counter sales, print notices for dispatch, and follow up on backorders when parts are unavailable.
- To maintain accurate Syspro sales order records and process orders for acknowledgment.
- To visit distributors regularly and process returns from customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar business development or sales role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in spare parts, trailer, heavy-duty spares, and commercial vehicles.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and SYSPRO.
- A willingness to travel within Africa and locally.
