Job Title: HR Admin

Department: Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to support the HR Manager in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of dedicated HR experience, with a strong emphasis on record-keeping and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronically and in hard copy format, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Organize and maintain HR files and records efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Assist in various HR projects such as recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a dedicated HR support role, with proven experience in record-keeping and filing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
