Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at SGS. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR projects and initiatives, including data capture and reporting.
  • Support the Human Resource Business Partner in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with internal audits, including HR and payroll division systems and personnel files.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Business Partner, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of personnel files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Update and maintain HR documentation, including engagement packs and contracts of employment.
  • Ensure the maintenance of electronic filing systems on HR Sharepoint, ensuring easy access to relevant documents.
  • Adhere to quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the direct line manager, ensuring the effective operation of the HR department.
Requirements
  • Minimum academic qualification: Grade 12
  • HR qualification advantageous
