Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, ensuring that customers' needs are met and their requests are resolved efficiently.
- Analyze customer requirements and identify opportunities to up-sell relevant products or services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures, as well as regulatory codes, to ensure compliance and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide best-in-class support.
- Maintain accurate records and update policy information as required, adhering to SLAs and claims policy rules.
- Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); RE 5 (Advantageous); STI Qualification (Advantageous); FAIS recognised qualification (Advantageous); Class of Business Certification (Advantageous).
- 1 - 3 years work experience in a customer-facing role (Essential).
