Job Description:

iSON Xperiences is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Contact Centre Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English. They should also be able to work under pressure and display proven computer literacy. Our company values teamwork and we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with the team leader and team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer service and technical service enquiries through inbound calls and provide end-to-end service.
  • Communicate professionally and articulately with customers.
  • Present benefits/opportunities of sales or services in an effective manner.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs from all demographics.
  • Exercise appropriate soft skills when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Use correct listening skills and probing techniques to establish relevant information.
  • Monitor progress of every query logged.
  • Ensure that every day query is logged accordingly.
  • Inform customers about the progress of queries logged but not resolved.
  • Confirm resolution with customers before closing queries.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills verbally and written in English.
  • Must be able to display proven computer literacy.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Goal driven.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Contact Centre skills training.
  • Call handling skills.
  • Telephone etiquette skills.
  • Understanding of website navigation functionalities.
  • 6 months experience in an Outbound sales Contact Centre environment.

Education, Qualifications, Experience Necessary:

  • Grade 12.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in sales / financial industry / Retail industry.
