Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales, targeting HR leaders & wellness champions at mid-sized companies.
- Build end-to-end sales systems—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Represent Wealthbit at industry events, workshops, and client meetings.
- Leverage Pipedrive & data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to refine our messaging.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in EAP, HR tech, SaaS, or financial services.
- A strategic thinker who can build and refine sales processes.
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote yet results-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with HR & wellness decision-makers.
- Someone based in Johannesburg, comfortable with client-facing interactions.
