About the Role:
  1. Prospect Identification: Utilize research skills to identify potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  2. Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  3. Educate and Qualify: Articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for our sales team.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.
  5. Performance Tracking: Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For:
  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  3. Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  4. A proactive mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Comfortable with rejection, and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
