At Ananzi, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. As a key player in our customer acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.
About the Role:- Prospect Identification: Utilize research skills to identify potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Educate and Qualify: Articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for our sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.
- Performance Tracking: Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with rejection, and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
