Job Summary

Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Group HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources across multiple regions in Africa, including full-cycle recruitment, policy development, performance management, and administration of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and comply with current legislation.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical aid, pension fund, and other benefits.
  • Manage employee performance, including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, and POPI Acts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including unions, government agencies, and other organizations.
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • BCom in Human Resources Management
  • 5 years' experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within a multinational organization
