- Report Writing: Prepare and submit regular reports on HR-related matters, including employee turnover, training, and development.

- Leave Administration: Manage employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Orientation and Induction: Develop and implement effective orientation and induction programs for new employees.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Qualifications: Grade 12 completed and a tertiary HR-related qualification.
- Experience: No less than 3 years' HR generalist experience, with a strong background in labor relations and industrial relations.
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; strong administration skills; knowledge of EE, labor legislation, performance management systems, and payroll processes.
- Personal Qualities: Ethical, professional, deadline-driven, innovative, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and a valid driver's license.
