  • Leave Administration: Manage employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Grade 12 completed and a tertiary HR-related qualification.
  • Experience: No less than 3 years' HR generalist experience, with a strong background in labor relations and industrial relations.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; strong administration skills; knowledge of EE, labor legislation, performance management systems, and payroll processes.
  • Personal Qualities: Ethical, professional, deadline-driven, innovative, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and a valid driver's license.
