The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, welcoming and culturally respectful services to participants, visitors, service providers and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing client inquiries
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing and other tasks as required
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum two years' experience in a similar role or environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
