About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to provide expert-level support for Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune), Microsoft server, and cloud services. This includes:

  • Provisioning and management of endpoint devices
  • Application packaging and deployment
  • Patch management and security updates
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Co-management with Intune

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • MCSE certification or equivalent experience
  • A tertiary IT qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience supporting SCCM, with exposure to OS deployment, application packaging, patch management, reporting, and co-management with Intune
  • Good understanding of server environments and ability to articulate technical issues and solutions
  • Self-motivation and strong problem-solving skills

This role offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • Annual salary: R850,000 - R1,100,000
  • Benefits and allowances
