Administrative Coordinator

**Job Description**
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our industrial management, operations, and technical staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for coordinating inspection and testing activities, managing business procurement, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CRS activities, including inspection and testing
- Manage business procurement, including purchasing requests and receiving services/goods
- Ensure preferred suppliers are used and provide feedback on supplier performance
- Liaise with customers via phone or email and ensure all messages are conveyed to relevant personnel
- Perform ad-hoc administration duties as required by the line manager
- Travel arrangements for managers/technicians etc.
- Filing and maintenance of filing system
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or relevant post-matric qualification
- High proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
- 4 years of relevant experience in administration
- Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of quality management systems
