Administration Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Specialist to join our team at Lebo Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of financial documentation, including handling telephone accounts and collating cost centre reports.
As an Administration Support Specialist, you will also verify the availability of project funds, consolidate divisional financial queries, manage diaries, and collate, integrate, and submit divisional reports to the Manager.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with contract administration and monitoring, manage meetings, liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to office procurement of goods and services, and maintain stock control of office stationery.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the asset register, obtaining quotations, and completing procurement forms. Furthermore, you will arrange travel and accommodation and coordinate the procurement of goods and services.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma (NQF 6) in administration or similar qualification and two years' work experience with administrative responsibilities.
