B2B Sales Executive Position Overview

Surgo (Pty) Ltd, a leading company in the South African online space, is seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Executive to join their media division in Cape Town.



Key Responsibilities



  • Generating new business from brands and agencies

  • Maintaining existing client relationships and bringing in new business

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales goals

  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting


Requirements



  • Proven B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of online advertising sales

  • Three years+ of selling call Centre solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and close complex packages

  • Knowledge of internet technologies and the online advertising sales market

  • Experience in selling to clients at a senior management/ director level

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Personal Qualities



  • Expert Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills

  • Knowledge of advertising concepts such as Analytics, DFP, Facebook, Google, AdWords

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Consistent performer with a proven track record
