Isilumko Staffing is seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to join our team as a Human Resources and Payroll Manager. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in HR administration, payroll management, and employee benefits.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, to manage our HR and payroll functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
  • Managing payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating employee benefits, including medical aid, retirement funds, and other perks.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Matric certificate.
  • A Human Resources Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably with Sage People software.
Desirable Skills

In addition to the above requirements, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and computer literacy.
  • Decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.

Please note that VIP Premier experience and HR administration with ESS would be advantageous but not essential.
