Senior Business Development Representative

Sentinel Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the private sector.
About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional sales professional who can organize weekly sales activities, attend company meetings, schedule client meetings, and maintain strong relationships with current clients. As a Sales Executive, you will participate in tender site visits, showcase products in demo rooms or at clients' premises, respond to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours, and follow up within 48 hours.
Responsibilities- Sales Planning: Utilize Outlook Calendar to plan and execute sales activities.
- Team Collaboration: Attend regular meetings with colleagues to discuss leads and opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with both new and existing clients to build strong relationships.
- Relationship Management: Use a call cycle to maintain ongoing communication with current clients.
- Tender Involvement: Participate in compulsory tender meetings and handle tender documentation, quotations, and specifications.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase products in the demo room or at clients' premises to demonstrate their value.
- Quotations & Follow-ups: Respond to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours, and follow up within 48 hours to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- CRM Management: Manage leads, quotes, and client information using Reddot and update sales opportunities regularly.
- Customer Support: Provide sales advice and resolve customer queries via phone, email, Teams meetings, or in-person visits to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- End User Seminars: Organize and present seminars, both in-person and online, to educate clients about products and services.
- Tender Searches: Conduct thorough searches on Mondays and Thursdays to identify new business opportunities.
- Event Participation: Attend exhibitions, forums, conferences, and SIG meetings to network and establish business connections.
- Marketing & Exhibitions: Prepare marketing materials and coordinate exhibition arrangements to effectively promote products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product information through training sessions and self-study to provide expert advice to clients.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist with other tasks as needed to achieve company targets.
As a Sales Executive at Sentinel Staffing Services, you can expect a competitive salary package including:
- Basic Salary: R29,000 per month.
- Travel Allowance: R3,200 per month.
