Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager



Debbie Joubert Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team in Pretoria East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare software sales, with a proven track record of success in identifying and engaging potential clients in the healthcare sector.




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare software market
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, public health programs, and private healthcare providers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our healthcare software solutions
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of public and private healthcare sectors in South Africa and the Southern Africa region
  • Ability to travel within South Africa and the Southern Africa region as needed


Preferred Skills:




  • Previous experience with IT software within the medical industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry, such as ISO 27001 and POPI Act
  • Familiarity with cloud-based healthcare software platforms
  • Knowledge of interoperability standards in healthcare
