Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our clients and customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with distributors and agents, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work independently on the road daily, traveling overnight to meet with clients and customers as required. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and submit regular reports to management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
- Manage relationships with distributors and agents to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers
- Travel overnight to meet with clients and customers as required
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports to management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of sales experience in beverages or FMCG
- Related undergraduate degree or diploma
- A reliable car and valid driver's license
- Flexible availability when required, including overnight country trips
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent computer literacy and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
