Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced National Facilities Executive to lead our student accommodation facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, people management, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement facilities management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of student accommodation facilities.
  • Manage a team of facilities staff to deliver high-quality services to students and staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, people management, and business finance.
  • Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Property Management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
