Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at Express Employment Professionals (Witbank). As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers while based in the office. You will perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, establish and develop positive business and customer relationships, and communicate with customers via telephone.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook programs. They must also possess highly motivated and target driven qualities with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Presentation and promotion of products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establishment and development of positive business and customer relationships
  • Communication with customers via telephone
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Supply reports on customer needs, problems and services
  • Management of chain stores
  • Management of requests and queries
  • Diary and schedule management
  • Confirmation of processing completion before period closure
  • Filing and administrative tasks

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience with marketing in the FCMG sector (min 3 years experience)
  • Diploma/Degree in marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook programs
  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record of sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Detailed oriented & meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Professional conduct and correspondence with internal and external parties
  • Ability to take instruction and follow standard operating procedures
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment

Salary Range: R350,000 - R500,000 per annum
