Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our HR team at Cre8work. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work and is looking to take on new challenges. You will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and filing personnel records, as well as processing and verifying various documents such as training records, grievances, and performance reviews. Additionally, you will update departmental organograms, take minutes during meetings, and facilitate the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Process and verify documents, including but not limited to training records, grievances, disciplinary hearings, performance reviews, exit interviews
- Update departmental organograms
- Take and capture minutes during meetings relative to HR
- Facilitate the recruitment process, including but not limited to typing and placing job ads, liaising with agencies when required, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, conducting background checks
- Submit employee documentation to payroll timeously
- Provide administrative support to the HR Generalist
- Meet deadlines and tasks
- Compile HR stats and ad hoc reporting
- Participate in HR initiative plans and organizing thereof
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience as a HR Administrator
