Main Responsibilities:
  1. Participating in our 24/7 Operations Centre team to ensure seamless support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

  3. Efficiently communicating and escalating complex technical issues to second-line support teams or third-party organisations when necessary (Database Administrators, ISP suppliers, etc.).
  4. Performing updates, installations, and changes to systems; windows updates, software licenses, website certificates, etc.
  5. Maintaining the security and integrity of systems and customer data by swiftly addressing any security concerns.
  6. Timely resolution of customer support tickets and requests during non-operational hours, providing prompt and professional service delivery.
  7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation on processes and systems to support efficient knowledge transfer.
  8. Participating in post-incident or post-project reviews and retrospectives to drive process improvements.
  9. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the systems, environments, and technologies within the platform.
  10. Accurate logging of daily work effort and time remaining on current tasks in our time tracking tool.

Collaborating with other teams and departments to provide support and contribute to projects as required.
