Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working within an Operations Centre environment, as part of a team operating a 24/7 shift pattern to ensure seamless support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
  2. Monitoring and analysing various systems constantly, prioritising and escalating issues promptly where necessary, with the ultimate goal of achieving zero downtime across critical systems.
  3. Efficiently communicating and escalating complex issues to second-line support teams or third-party organisations when required (Database Administrators, ISP suppliers, etc.).
  4. Performing timely updates, installations, and changes to systems; windows updates, software licenses, website certificates, etc.
  5. Maintaining the security and integrity of systems and customer data, raising any potential security concerns immediately.
  6. Prioritising and troubleshooting support tickets and requests from customers during non-operational hours, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery.
  7. Producing and maintaining comprehensive documentation on processes and systems to the highest standard.
  8. Participating in post-incident or post-project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the systems, environments, and technologies within the platform.
  10. Accurately logging effort per day and time remaining on current tasks using our time tracking tool.

Collaborate with other teams and departments to provide support and contribute to projects as needed.
