German Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled customer support specialist who is fluent in German to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our German-speaking customers.

You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer issues and provide effective solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  3. Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management as necessary.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer-focused initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or call centre environment.
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
