At Linkfields Innovations (Pty) Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this role is between R200,000 - R250,000 per annum.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing critical support in the effective management of HR functions, focusing on contract administration, policy compliance, payroll assistance, and general HR administration.

Job Description:

  • Contract Administration:
    • Draft, prepare, and issue employment contracts and related documentation.
    • Manage employee changes, such as contract amendments and termination letters.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and issued promptly.
  • Policy Compliance:
    • Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external legal regulations.
    • Support during audits by preparing necessary HR documentation and records.
  • Payroll Assistance:
    • Collaborate with the payroll team to process and verify employee data.
    • Ensure all necessary payroll documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
    • Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits administration.
  • General HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with high accuracy.
    • Organize and manage HR files, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
    • Respond to HR queries from employees and escalate complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in HR administration or a related role is essential.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
