Business Development Director

A well-established company based in Honeydew is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead their sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
About the Role:As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. You will also be expected to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
In addition, you will be required to present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. This includes identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:- MATRIC (Grade 12) qualification
- Relevant degree or course (advantageous)
- Experience in a similar industry (advantageous)

- MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
We estimate the salary for this position to be around R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
