Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing their concerns and implementing recovery plans to exceed their expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the Front Office department and provide guidance to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to improve service offerings and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest-facing areas.
  • Sales and Revenue: Encourage upselling of hotel services and facilities to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent required; Hospitality Management diploma/degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of Management experience in a 5-star environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Opera Cloud; strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
