Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Complement Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the automotive motor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, and promote the company's services
• Maintain an owner follow-up system and routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction
• Ensure high levels of customer service and communication is maintained
• Overcome objections, and guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
• Understand customers' needs and preferences and make them feel welcome and supported
• Ensure interim and monthly sales targets are met
Requirements:
• 3 years or more sales experience within the automotive, motor industry dealerships
• Matric, sales certificate or related beneficial but not essential
• Valid Unendorsed drivers license, Code 8/B
• Strong selling skills and process driven
• Good track record, someone who is willing to put in the work and commitment
• No job hoppers, we are looking for those who take their career seriously. No criminal record
