Job Title: Marketing Manager

Top Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy, with a focus on content creation, digital and offline advertising, and corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business goals and drive sales.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Corporate Identity & Brand Management: Lead initiatives to enhance and maintain our corporate identity and ensure consistent use of branding across all channels.
  • Digital Advertising & Campaigns: Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search (SEO/SEM), display advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Offline Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor advertising, and in-store promotions.
  • Customer Insights & Data Analytics: Leverage market research and customer data to refine marketing strategies and create targeted campaigns that resonate with specific audiences.
  • Team Management & Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications (or related field)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong experience in content creation, corporate branding, digital advertising, and offline campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and analyse performance data to optimize spend.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Content Development: Expertise in creating and managing engaging content across multiple formats (written, visual, video).
  • Branding & Corporate Identity: Strong understanding of corporate identity and brand management.
  • Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Offline Marketing: Experience with traditional advertising platforms, including print, radio, and in-store promotions.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI analysis.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
